The jacket comes as a set with the traditional 3 button waistcoat and a 5 button waistcoat can be special ordered, if desired.

Recommendation: These are European sized, so think of them as a slim fit. If you are used to American clothes, you would most likely be more comfortable ordering the next size up. (ie if you normally wear a 42, order a 44)
